The delegates are required to place a call to the telephone conference facilities company within their region or country, which may incur long distance calling fees. Teleconference delegates are required to cover the costs of their call to the telephone conference facilities company.

AFE select telephone conference facilities companies based on the service they provide and receives no financial remuneration.
